Data use policy by MedED GS

ARTICLE 1. SUBJECT
The purpose of this data use policy is to set out in a clear and transparent manner the manner in which MedED GS (*), as data controller, collects, records, stores and communicates the personal data (hereinafter referred to as “the Data”) of Internet users visiting its website www.mededgs.co (hereinafter referred to as “the Users” or “the User”).
MedED GS undertakes to ensure that this policy, as well as the manner in which User Data is processed in practice, complies with the amended French Data Protection Act, as well as with the Data Protection Regulations.

ARTICLE 2. DATA COLLECTION
The Data that is collected from the site www.mededgs.co  (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) is collected solely through collection forms, the fields of which are left to the User’s discretion, as well as through the use of cookies (see ARTICLE 6. Cookies).

Each form present on the Site limits the collection of User Data to what is strictly necessary, i.e. to :
Civility
Name and surname
Email
Phone number

However, additional data may be collected by MedED GS, independently of its will, when the User fills in the free fields left at his disposal on the Site or when he transmits his CV as well as his motivation letter to MedED GS.

The Data that must be provided by the User or the User will not be able to access the functionalities offered on the Site are marked with an asterisk. Failure to respond to fields not marked with an asterisk does not prevent access to the Site’s functionalities.

The data collected in the context of specific events, in particular webinars, are hosted in France on the premises of the company.


ARTICLE 5. USER’S DATA RIGHTS
In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Data Protection Regulations, the User has the following rights over his Data:
The right to withdraw his consent to the processing of his Data at any time;
The right to request access to his Data;
The right to request the correction or deletion of his Data;
The right to a limitation of the processing of the Data;
The right to object to the processing of his Data;
The right to the portability of the Data;
The right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
The User may contact the data controller, MedED GS, at privacy@mededgs.com  to exercise his rights or for any questions relating thereto.

ARTICLE 6. COOKIES
1 – MedED GS uses various cookies on the Website in order to improve its content.
A “cookie” is an information file, generally made up of letters and numbers, installed on the User’s personal equipment by the websites that the User visits.

The deposit of cookies allows MedED GS to obtain the following information specific to the User: the origin of connections (the access provider), the IP address, the type and version of the browser used.

2 – MedED GS deposits several types of cookies:
Internal cookies necessary for the operation of the Website
These cookies enable the site to function optimally.
Cookies for audience measurement
These cookies enable MedED GS to analyse the traffic on the pages of the Site in order to improve the content.
MedED GS only places this type of cookies on the User’s personal equipment if the User has previously consented thereto.

The User’s consent is materialised by the fact that the User continues to browse the Website after the information given by the cookie banner.
The User may also express his consent by clicking on the “OK accept all” button on the cookie banner.

The information collected in this context and relating to the browsing of Users is not used by name. It is an aggregated statistic that enables us to know the most and least popular pages, the preferred paths, the activity levels per day of the week and per hour of the day, the main client or server errors.

No third party cookies are placed on the user’s personal equipment.
